At 11:33 AM on the 19th of April 2022, we were alerted to a degradation of the platform's performance and immediately began an assessment of the impact.
The team identified an increased usage within the platform caused by a fluctuation in processing requirements and stepped in to ensure that the system would not be brought down by the degradation.
Once the team had ensured that service had not been completely halted the team took steps to minimize the impact of the increased processing requirements and ensure that the usage returned to a normal level.
