eFiling will enter a maintenance window on Sunday, the 11th of August, from 8 AM until 10 AM. During this time, we will implement several upgrades to our infrastructure, requiring the system to be offline. We have already gone through this upgrade on an isolated test system as part of our planning process. We can confirm that the system was offline for approximately 15 minutes during the upgrade on our test system. However, we expect between 15 and 30 minutes of downtime on the live system. We expect the system to go offline around 8:30 AM. However, it may be offline anytime during the maintenance window. We advise that you disable any website monitoring systems during this period and ask any out-of-hours response services you have to stand down.
